SubKiller Bank stores: a Plaid access token for each bank you link, encrypted at rest; a cached summary of the recurring charges Plaid reports (merchant, amount, cadence, dates); and the keep/cancel decisions you make. All of it is filed under a random key that only your assistant holds. Only a hash of that key is stored. No name, email address, bank login or account number is stored.

Your bank login is entered on Plaid's page and goes to Plaid, not to SubKiller. Plaid's privacy policy covers that step.

Individual transactions are fetched on demand for recent_charges and are not stored.

Disconnecting deletes the tokens, the cache and the decisions, and revokes SubKiller's access at Plaid. Connections untouched for 365 days are deleted automatically.

Cancel instructions are fetched from the SubKiller connector by merchant name only.
